Coronavirus Update

We are excited to welcome back our parents and patients!

These last several weeks have been an unprecedented test of endurance, resilience, and sacrifice for every household.   As your family committed to “shelter in place”, my staff and I thank you for making our families safer through your actions as my orthodontic team’s families made the same commitment to your family and our community.     

We adhere to those protocols recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the American Dental Association (ADA), NC State Dental Board (NCDB), and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). We continually monitor these agencies to remain up to date on any new guidance that may be issued. This ensures you that our infection control procedures are current and follows each agencies’ recommendations.

We’ve altered our clinic and reception area, and expanded our PPE inventory in order to protect you and your family as well as my employees. As you see these changes and experience new protocols and guidelines, I want you to rest assured that we have your family’s safety and well-being foremost in mind.  I will thank you in advance for your patience with re-scheduling missed appointments, limiting one family member in the reception area, restricting entry to the clinic for non-patients as well as other measures mandated by the American Dental Association and the Center for Disease Control.

Please be patient with us as our scheduling coordinators have been working very hard to contact and reschedule all patients whose appointments were cancelled. We are seeing fewer patients per day than we did in the past, as our daily schedule has been adjusted in accordance with guidance from CDC and governing agencies to allow for proper social distancing between patients inside our clinics.
